
1、粗精組合雙重過濾(lv)器
在對工作介質要求高或工作環境較惡劣的液壓系統中,往往需要對工作介質進行粗、精多次過濾,為了簡化液壓系統,本公司設計了一種將粗、精兩重過濾組合在一起的粗精雙重過濾器,其結構(gou)如圖(tu)1所示,工(gong)作(zuo)介質(zhi)經第一級(ji)(ji)粗過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網進(jin)(jin)行(xing)粗過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),再進(jin)(jin)入第二級(ji)(ji)精(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)網進(jin)(jin)行(xing)精(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),經過(guo)(guo)(guo)兩級(ji)(ji)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)的工(gong)作(zuo)介質(zhi)再進(jin)(jin)入液(ye)壓管(guan)路中(zhong),生產(chan)廠家還可(ke)以(yi)(yi)根據過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器(qi)的規格制成(cheng)系列(lie)產(chan)品(pin)或模塊化(hua)產(chan)品(pin),用戶可(ke)以(yi)(yi)根據使(shi)用要求進(jin)(jin)行(xing)多(duo)重選擇和組合,以(yi)(yi)滿足用戶對工(gong)作(zuo)介質(zhi)的精(jing)(jing)度要求。

2、兩(多)級過濾(lv)器
在(zai)生產(chan)實踐中(zhong)(zhong),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)大多(duo)帶有壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)指示(shi)和報警裝置(zhi),需(xu)要人(ren)工(gong)(gong)定時(shi)(shi)巡(xun)查,一(yi)(yi)些大型(xing)液壓(ya)(ya)站(zhan)距離遠(yuan)(yuan),站(zhan)內(nei)環境差(cha),容易漏查漏報。如果(guo)不(bu)(bu)能及時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)換(huan)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)芯,就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)能有效地控制油液污(wu)染(ran)度(du)。一(yi)(yi)旦出(chu)現濾(lv)(lv)(lv)芯破裂(lie)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)裝置(zhi)本身就(jiu)成了嚴重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)污(wu)染(ran)源,其后果(guo)更(geng)(geng)不(bu)(bu)堪設想。此外,由于定時(shi)(shi)巡(xun)查費時(shi)(shi)費力(li),執行起來也比較(jiao)困難(nan)。為了延長過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming),我(wo)們設計(ji)了一(yi)(yi)種兩(多(duo))級(ji)(ji)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),如圖(tu)2所示(shi),當第(di)(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)起作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)(shi),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)介質經第(di)(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang),再經轉(zhuan)換(huan)滑(hua)套上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)進(jin)人(ren)管路,部分工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)介質從第(di)(di)(di)二級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)進(jin)人(ren)管路,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)液壓(ya)(ya)力(li)將(jiang)通過(guo)(guo)密(mi)封圈(quan)壓(ya)(ya)緊密(mi)封圈(quan)座(zuo)與第(di)(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)下(xia)蓋,當第(di)(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)堵(du)塞(sai)后,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)逐漸增加,液壓(ya)(ya)力(li)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)密(mi)封圈(quan)座(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)方,當液壓(ya)(ya)力(li)達到壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)彈(dan)簧的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)力(li)時(shi)(shi),液壓(ya)(ya)力(li)將(jiang)推動(dong)轉(zhuan)換(huan)滑(hua)套向(xiang)上(shang)滑(hua)動(dong),使壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)鋼球從球窩中(zhong)(zhong)滑(hua)出(chu),并在(zai)密(mi)封圈(quan)座(zuo)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)溝(gou)(gou)槽中(zhong)(zhong)滑(hua)動(dong),使密(mi)封圈(quan)座(zuo)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)滑(hua)入(ru)(ru)第(di)(di)(di)二級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)蓋中(zhong)(zhong),油液從第(di)(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)下(xia)蓋的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)第(di)(di)(di)二級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang),此時(shi)(shi)第(di)(di)(di)二級(ji)(ji)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)起作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),從而(er)完成兩級(ji)(ji)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)換(huan)。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)簧剛度(du)較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao),僅需(xu)很小(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)即(ji)可打開(kai),而(er)且此單向(xiang)閥保險(xian)打開(kai)后就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)再關閉,以(yi)(yi)減小(xiao)(xiao)負壓(ya)(ya)損失.但應注意的(de)(de)(de)是,轉(zhuan)換(huan)滑(hua)套上(shang)小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi),應與溝(gou)(gou)槽的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)錯開(kai)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)相位(wei),以(yi)(yi)便轉(zhuan)換(huan)滑(hua)套滑(hua)入(ru)(ru)第(di)(di)(di)二級(ji)(ji)下(xia)蓋時(shi)(shi),鋼球不(bu)(bu)至于掉入(ru)(ru)小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)內(nei)。這種新型(xing)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可以(yi)(yi)根(gen)據用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求,制成多(duo)級(ji)(ji)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),以(yi)(yi)延緩使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming),從而(er)降低液壓(ya)(ya)系統發生故障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)可能性,特別是一(yi)(yi)些比較(jiao)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)合和液壓(ya)(ya)站(zhan)較(jiao)遠(yuan)(yuan),更(geng)(geng)換(huan)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)芯不(bu)(bu)方便時(shi)(shi)尤為有效。本過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)還可根(gen)據其規格(ge)型(xing)號制成系列產(chan)品。
